Hubli mobile and undelineing by Higginbotham local is a three-sided micromobility marketplace designed to connect riders, independently owned electric bikes and scooters, and property owners with designated space for parking, charging, pickup, drop-off, and storage.

The mission is to build an infrastructure layer for distributed electric transportation without requiring one company to own every vehicle or physical location. Participants retain control of their assets while the platform coordinates discovery, reservations, payments, access instructions, trip records, and trust systems.
